This Privacy Policy explains how LessFICA ("LessFICA," "we," "us") collects, uses and shares information when you visit lessfica.com and its related pages (the "Site") or contact us. LessFICA is an independent website that introduces employers and employees to a preventive care benefits program offered through IronGate Business Advisors. LessFICA is a paid affiliate of IronGate Business Advisors and earns compensation when clients it refers enroll in an IronGate program.

Information we collect

Information you give us. Our forms ask only for:

• Individuals: first and last name, email address and phone number.
• Businesses: first and last name, email address, phone number, business name and number of employees.

You may also give us information when you email or call us.

Please do not send Social Security numbers, individual payroll records, medical or health information, or other sensitive employee data through the Site or by email. We don't ask for it and don't need it.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site and its hosting providers may automatically collect basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and the date and time of your visit. This may be collected with cookies, pixels or similar technologies (see "Cookies and analytics" below).

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• respond to your inquiry and follow up with you about the program;
• refer qualified businesses to IronGate Business Advisors for an eligibility review and discovery call;
• send internal notifications to our team when a form is submitted;
• operate, secure, maintain and improve the Site;
• understand how visitors use the Site (for example, page visits and button clicks); and
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.

Submitting a form is a request for information. It is not an application, an enrollment in any benefit or insurance product, or an authorization for payroll deductions.

Phone, text and email

If you provide your phone number or email address, we may contact you by phone, text message or email about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply to texts. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or contacting us at [email protected]. We do not sell your phone number or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only as follows:

• With IronGate Business Advisors and its program professionals, when you ask to be connected, book a call, or are referred for an eligibility review. Their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy notices. Carrier, administrator and benefit-provider portals also have their own notices.
• With service providers that help us run the Site and our business, such as website and form hosting, CRM, email delivery, scheduling and analytics providers. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
• For legal reasons, when required by law, subpoena or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of LessFICA, our users or others.
• In a business transfer, such as a merger, sale or transfer of the Site, in which case information may transfer to the new owner subject to this Policy.

Scheduling links

Some buttons on the Site open a third-party scheduling page (for example, Calendly) to book a discovery call with an IronGate program professional. Information you enter there is collected by that service and by IronGate, and is subject to their privacy policies.

Cookies and analytics

We and our providers may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site working, remember form progress, and measure visits and clicks. We may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the Site will still work, though some features may not. Where required, we honor browser signals such as Global Privacy Control as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you, follow up about the program, track referrals, and meet legal, accounting and record-keeping requirements. We then delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect information. No website, transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may contact us at any time to:

• ask what personal information we have about you;
• correct or update it;
• ask us to delete it; or
• stop receiving calls, texts or emails from us.

California residents. If California privacy law applies to us, California residents may have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share it); to limit use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect it); and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. California's "Shine the Light" law also lets residents ask whether we disclosed personal information to third parties for their direct marketing; we do not.

Other U.S. states. Residents of other states with consumer privacy laws may have similar rights. We will honor requests as required by the law that applies.

To make a request, email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy Request." We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows. Please do not include sensitive employee records in a privacy request.

Children

The Site is meant for business owners, employers and working adults. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

The Site links to websites and services we don't control, including IronGate Business Advisors, benefit providers and scheduling tools. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
