These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of lessfica.com and its related pages (the "Site"), operated by LessFICA ("LessFICA," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

About the Site

LessFICA is an independent website that shares general information about a preventive care benefits program for employers and their W-2 employees, offered through IronGate Business Advisors. We introduce interested businesses and individuals to the program. All questions about plan details, insurance, eligibility and enrollment are handled by a licensed IronGate professional.

LessFICA is not the plan provider, plan administrator, insurance carrier or an insurance agency, and is not IronGate Business Advisors.

Paid affiliate disclosure

LessFICA is a paid affiliate of IronGate Business Advisors and earns compensation when clients it refers enroll in an IronGate program.

Content on the Site is for general informational purposes only. It is not legal, tax, accounting, insurance or financial advice, and it does not create any advisor, fiduciary or client relationship. Please review any program with your own CPA, attorney or benefits professional before making decisions.

The individual sharing this information is a referral partner and is not licensed to sell insurance or provide program guidance. All questions and enrollments related to the preventive care benefit plans will be handled exclusively by a licensed IronGate professional.

Savings, eligibility and benefits

Any savings figures on the Site are "up to" amounts or examples based on the program's published materials. They are not a promise or guarantee of results. Benefit availability and tax treatment are subject to employee eligibility, participation status, and applicable federal regulations. Not all employees will qualify for all benefits described. Benefits, contribution amounts, and coverage features may vary based on payroll structure, employment classification, hours worked, and plan administration. Not all benefits are guaranteed; benefits vary by program and are disclosed during your consultation. Product availability and features may vary by state.

Final eligibility, pricing, plan terms and savings are determined only by the program and its official plan documents. If anything on the Site differs from those documents, the official documents control.

Forms and contact

When you submit a form, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. Submitting a form is a request for information only. It is not an application, an enrollment, a contract, or an authorization for payroll deductions. Do not submit Social Security numbers, payroll records, medical information or other sensitive employee data through the Site.

If you provide your phone number or email address, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message or email about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; submit false information or information about another person without permission; try to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; interfere with the Site's operation, including by uploading malware or using bots or scrapers; or copy, resell or republish Site content without our written permission.

Intellectual property

The Site, including its text, graphics, logos and design, is owned by LessFICA or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Program names, provider names and other third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify them; their use does not imply endorsement beyond the affiliate relationship described above. Some images on the Site may be AI-generated illustrations.

You may view and print pages for your own informational, non-commercial use.

Third-party links and services

The Site links to third-party websites and services, including IronGate Business Advisors, benefit providers and scheduling tools. We don't control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms or privacy practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or current, or that any information is complete or accurate.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LESSFICA AND ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, SAVINGS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, ITS CONTENT, OR ANY PROGRAM OR SERVICE PROVIDED BY A THIRD PARTY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LessFICA and its owners from any claims, losses or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute related to the Site or these Terms will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or change, suspend or discontinue the Site at any time. The effective date at the top shows when these Terms were last changed. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and LessFICA about the Site.
