Is an insurance card needed?
No. Virtual services are reached through the online platform or by phone, without an insurance card.
Can family members use it?
Yes. Up to 7 additional household members can be enrolled, and they don't need to be legal dependents. Enrolled household members can use virtual care right away.
Does it work when traveling?
Yes. Care is available nationwide, including while traveling in the US and its territories. An internet or phone connection is needed.
Is there a minimum number of visits?
No. There's no requirement to use the benefits. They're there when they're needed.
Does it replace current health insurance?
No. It works alongside existing coverage, and employees keep their current plan. No existing insurance is required.
